  • What services do you provide?

  • What are your rates?

    At Carers at Heart we believe that everyone should have access to high quality care. We are committed to offering personalised services at affordable rates. Please contact us to enquire about our rates.

  • When can I request a service?

    You can request a service at any time. Our dedicated team is available 24 hours a day all year round on (02) 8957 5153 or info@carersatheart.com.au.

  • How much notice would I need to give should I wish to cancel a service?

    Carers at Heart does not lock its clients in. You can cancel services at any time and at no cost, provided you notify the office before 5.30pm the day prior to your scheduled service.

  • How will I be billed?

    You will receive an invoice via email and/or in the post as nominated by you. Payment terms are 7 days from the day of service.

  • How can I settle my account?

    We accept bank transfers, cheques, BPAY and credit card payments over the phone.

  • What if I am not happy with a carer?

    Carers at Heart is committed to providing you with the care you deserve. If for any reason you would like to discuss the performance of a carer, please call (02) 8957 5153 for a confidential consultation with the Director.
